A relaxing stay despite hiccups

We enjoyed a spacious room with a wonderful whirlpool. The front desk staff shone with their friendliness, and we appreciated the well-maintained common areas.

The pool area was lovely, though it could

have used more towels available, which made it a bit inconvenient. I appreciated the friendly service and the cleanliness of the rooms, but the lack of pool towels meant we had to keep asking for some.

Couple's Retreat With Some Quirks

The staff was polite and went out of their way to help when I had an issue with my room's a/c. The breakfast was way more than I expected for a hotel, I mean, they had make-your-own waffles, and I had a blast adding toppings.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but still easy to manage.

The staff was very polite and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the room size, which exceeded my expectations. The breakfast had plenty of options, especially the hot items, which were delicious. I enjoyed the hot tub immensely. the water stayed hot the entire time. Additionally, I found it refreshing that the hotel's location made it perfect for exploring nearby attractions too. I also noticed that my friends raved about the included breakfast options during their stay, complementing the hot selections available.

The bed felt a bit hard, which affected my sleep quality at times.

Comfortable room, spacious bathroom, with fast Wi-Fi that made working remotely easy and enjoyable. The indoor pool was a nice way to relax after a long day of exploring.

Several issues cropped up during my stay, like the inconsistent heat—one room had no heat at all while the other made an unsettling racket. TV remotes were problematic. I had to swap them between rooms just to get one to work, while the whole setup with the power cord was less than convenient. The ambience could surely benefit from some noise insulation, as I caught snippets of every conversation in adjacent rooms, making it hard to find peace. Plus, minor repairs like broken door handles lingered too long without attention, which didn’t help the overall vibe.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We enjoyed the thrills of horse racing at Tioga Downs and explored local hiking trails. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast was a nice perk. The staff was friendly, making our stay even better. I'd totally recommend this spot for a fun getaway!

The only downside was that the bed felt a bit hard and uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.

had a great stay at best western! cindy at the front desk was super friendly and made us feel welcome. the breakfast buffet was also amazing, with a helpful staff member who we tipped for her great service. easy access from the highway and just a short drive to tioga downs.

the only problem was the bar was closed during our stay, but the staff were super helpful! ! the whirlpool in our king suite was perfect, and the breakfast had fresh hot food available. the room was clean and comfy!

Good place with its great wi-fi, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me print tickets, showing their commitment to service. I can't wait to come back for Easter!
